Useless Webafrica

The most useless company I have ever dealt with. Been without internet for 10 days now. No direct contact line, can only speak to a whats app agent that keeps telling me the fault has be escalated with vumatel.No one gets back to you with updates. Every time I asked to speak to a manager I just get told the fault has been escalated. They must all be hiding in their offices.At this rate I must be on level 100 out of 5. Absolutely pathetic for a company that's a service provider. Will never ever use them again. I was told by one of the agents my account will be credited for the days without internet, I seriously doubt that's going to happen. Then back to whats app messages again.
