Been with Webafrica for a year what a disaster. You can't even speak to someone on a phone you need to use whatsapp what a lot of ****. Then I paid a 1000.00 for 100meg line only got 32 to 40 every time. I tried to resolve this without any luck. I tried cancel it 1 Nov '22 one calender month I gave them. Just to get a mail saying it will only be cancelled from the 1st JAn 2023. Whatsapped the billing department to see what is going on just to get told the cancelling date is a system generated date and they cant fix it.. Please please dont use this useless service provider. They quick to take your money but not helpful in resolving nothing
