Useless Webafrica

I was charged twice and when I queried I get a response that even if you don't use the service you will still be charged in December Webafrica had a promotion that if you sign up the first month is free so I did so in January I did not pay cause I didn't need the service as it is a month to month service when I do decide to use the service again I get charged twice and when as the useless agents they act as if they know nothing about what I am saying and they connect help why the hell do you employ useless people that cannot help please refund my money or else I will take you guys to the media useless service provider ever.
