Absolutely useless! Got billed for 30days in April and only had 7days uses. Decided to cancel my account with them, returned the router as stipulated in the T&C’s then still charged for it. I’ve been contacted by “customer care” to resolve the issue BUT different consultant each time and always starting from square A.
