Useless WebAfrica

This is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. there is no communication, you can not get hold of any one. Their so called whats app service is useless waiting 50 min for some one to talk to you and still no help. calling them you wait for 20 minutes wasting your airtime, and when you get to the operator they cut the line. The internet service that they offer is so slow that i can not even watch a Facebook video without lagging.. so imagine how online gaming goes... it is non existent. I have cancelled my service one week into being one of their clients.. not a phone call or an email or trying to keep me.. nothing... this is the poorest service i have ever experienced... please dont make use of them.
