They are useless, one contacts them and holds on for hours They do not even have a tollfree number, thus clients hold on at their own expense They have a useless whatsapp service, which does not get back to you, which keeps on indicating they will log a call back I wish to cancel my service, but even that is infertile as one does not get through to talk to anyone
