Useless webafrica

I cancelled my use for them bring aforced to use an ineffective bot style l’customer zone’ only way of communicating and totally ineffective- I eventually got the customer zone to record the cancel but now being told it’s not followed through if their cancellation deprt haven’t acknowledged I do d all in mar understanding the month requirement to thus end in April. I had Returned all equip and got confirmation of cancellation. Debit orders still running and after two days of struggling and having the same story told over and over. Retupong all the time. I still have no resolve. Story now I only cancelled the router but chat history says I cancel I can’t afford so according to me all with webafrica not just the router aspect. I can’t afford the service said so all along. So why cont to bill me when I can’t afford and don’t have means to use the app active line still! Never will I ever have a good thing to say about them costing me to reverse debit order just to survive and they still have audacity of adding a penalty fee on top of that!
