Useless WebAfrica

Companies like WebAfrica will never last long in the business. There are no words to describe how bad their service is. I'm a customer who's been without internet since Sunday, I'm still waiting to hear back from their technical support. I've been sending messages to their WhatsApp line with no luck at all.
