Useless webafrica

I had my fiber installed on the first of this month. Apparently there debit dates is the same day. I think my fiber was on for a little over 1 week... Less than 10 days and its off again. Been trying to get hole of them for the past week with no avail. There webchat is useless, calling the number they have listed doesnt work. I paid for a month, my debit should then have been on the first of august. I dont even know if that is the reason why i dont ha e fiber now. Bt it was live for less than 10 days when i paid for the month. They were quick to mail me every day after i placed the order till i paid it and then silence. No follow up t's and c's. No explination of what will be happening moving forward even though the last mail spoke about a mail that i am still waiting for. I have no fiber... Imagine i used it to work from home? Red flashing light for almost 2 weeks. But i got another mail telling me to pay for another one that i did not order. I am sorry i chose them honestly
