Useless, thieving circus of a company!

This company is beyond useless and a rip-off and and and. I do not even have enough bad words to describe how upset I am with them. I cancelled my so-called "services" with them on 1 December and then they had the audacity to deduct another installment from my bank account yesterday. When I phone them to query this, I get the usual "we will get a manager to phone you". They never phone back. If I can tell the whole world to never ever do business with these people, I will.
