Useless terrible service webafrica

Poor Service From WEBAFRICA FIBRE INTERNET. I Mr A Ratheepaul my son is Xavier with same surname has connected fibre for me as I am a pensioner . my son informed me that he is getting a faster package from webafrica for R800 that's 100mps to our current 20mps for R400.On 2022/04/29, he contacted webafrica and they informed him that they will gladly do this upgrade , however they said there will be no internet for one day as the satellite is going to mars and back to sort out upgrade. My son agreed , my son tried contacting webafrica to sort out some nitty gritty but cannot get hold of all of them as I believe they all went to Mars for this upgrade. This mother father's put my son on a bot who is all confused and doesn't help one bit. I love my sports and social media on internet especially you tube as I am a huge soccer fan. Mybsnbia doing everything to contact them but it seems they close toara and he cannot speak to anyone .

Please do not use webafrica they claim to be top service but they are useless, making a pensioner go without his daily routine shooting my pressure up ...To all the people that want fibre do not use webafrica bunch of useless knobs .
