Useless system Useless agents.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with this company 4 times in one day. It's extremely frustraying as race consultants asks all my details, after giving them everything they need they transfer me to the cancelations department which results in me being cut off or speaking to a bot. I don't know how to go about because they don't have any contact details or alternative method to cancel your subscription. They keep on deducting their fee monthly. I am extremely frustrated by being assisted with *********** agents as well as an *********** system that only caters for themselves!!! Useless is the only word.
