Useless Support
The whatsapp support does not work. The start at 7:30. It takes hours to get through to a representative. It pointless to even try the whatsapp line. The best part is when you call for support it tells you to use the whatsapp line which takes hours to respond. I am fed up with this.

10 Oct 2023, 08:49Best part is. I changed my line from 200mbps for R1049 to 200mbps R949 and all of a sudden, the debit order did not go off. I logged into my account and paid the outstanding amount manually using my credit card. The system says my account is paid. Now my internet has been turned off and I can't reach the support line because they take hours to respond.
