USELESS Support and well as line and service. No support number or email other than whatsapp

Beyond useless. We pay for a 50/50MB line, and it's permanently either down or the speed is so slow that it cuts us off. Been trying to contact support to get an early line release, as per their email to us requesting if we would like that, but emails are automated. The ONLY way you can contact them is via whatsapp, and then you get put on hold for an our and bounced back and fourth between departments. How is someone without a smartphone supposed to get hold of this useless company for any form of support???
