Useless service webafrica

I have a fibre line at my house, webafrica is the ISP and the provider is Vumatel, this service drops for about 5 - 10 minutes at a time for the last 2 weeks, webafrica has a watsapp chat service that gets you through to a Bot and then you can chose option 4 for a live chat, the live person if ever they are alive only respond after a day. for the amoutn of money that is being paid for this line you woul daccept better service, Webafrica your service sucks
