USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER

If it was possible to give no star I would, they canceld our line with out notice it was paid and all is in order form our side.

We moved into a new place and requested to get internet trough Webafrica they told us that there was no need to do new instaltion we can just do a change of ownership.

Long story short the line got cut off for no reason spent hours on the phone to try resolve the issue only to be told its going to take 3 to 5 work days for them to reconnect us.

Oo and dont even bother trying to call them its not possible to speak to anyone that actually knows whats going on.

Terrible terrible service.

Hoping someone from Webafrica sees this message and calls me.
