Useless Service Provider

I cancelled my WiFi and fell onto WebAfrica as I needed a fibre network. I REGRET doing this. I spoke on a chat with Ntombikayise and *Jayalutchmie Vanz* and told them that I am not getting internet connection instead I got charge a "Reconnection fee of R575" yet I was never connected to this Fibre network
