Useless Service Provider

My connection has been down since last week Wednesday and we don't have any internet. I have been logging a complaint since and all we seem to get is this email

When exactly is this issue going to be resolved without sendinge these annoying stupid emails. WebAfrica is an unreliable service provider and I would not advise anyone to use it. Completely useless
