Useless service of webAfrica and Vumatel

Signing with webAfrica and Vumatel was one of my biggest and most frustrating venture. The installation was done on time but the activation process was frustrating. I was told that an EFT was needed before a debit process could be established. This was done, The service was activated but now a debit order process is not good enough. My balance is zero but the services is disconnected!! The worst is the whatsapp communication system that limits human interaction. The prompt to speak to an agent is never answered. It's the worst service or business that I had the misfortune of using. I have terminated their service on their stupid whatsapp system I will post when I actually get a response. Finally, you are enticed to sign on with a lower price but told a month later that the monthly debit will be increased, how Ethical is that?
