Useless service from Webafrica

I app**** for the Wi-Fi in early march took them a month to complete the application. Before the first month of connection was finished they started debating my account. Tried to make payment after one month of subscription did not go through, tried again and they debited R5 then tried again then they debited R104 reinstated my Wi-Fi. Today they cut off my service they say it’s not paid. I tried to pay again now and they debited R5 yet again. The self service is **** and useless, you can’t contact them. The WhatsApp service is just as useless. You literally can’t get hold of them. I would never in a million years recommend it to anyone.
