Useless service from WEB AFRICA

I paid my bill for September. I have asked for a technician to come out to see what the problem is. They then go cancel my wifi and send me a bill of R3000 like ***. Should i contact the ombudsman and get my lawyers to sort this mess out web africa!!!!
