Useless service, double billing, No response

Pathetic service! They took monthly subscription today after I manually paid. They state they dont see the payment yet Bank confirmed it was sent with screenshots from bank backend to prove it. I have been trying to get hold of someone on their whatsapp and live chat for almost 8 hours without any progress zero response!

Useless support!
