Useless service, delay after delay

I have now been waiting 16 days for a simple fibre activation, not even an installation. Every time I manage to get in contact, they say 3-5 working days. 3-5 days go by, and nothing. This has happened twice now. My wifi has not even been activated and I am already having issues with this company. Would never recommend to anyone.
