Useless service. Billed for services I dont get. Excuses, excuses, excuses

I don't know who is more useless Vumatel or Webafrica. It has been 3 weeks since I app**** and paid to get fibre. First I had to wait for the installation now the router isnt working and Ive been in contact with every person through this useless chat portal. They make me do the same stuff over and over and nothing works. The the problems get "escalated" and nothing happens. I keep getting told to be patient and it will get sorted with the next 24 to 48 but it doesn't get resolved it just keeps getting rolled around in circles . I get billed for my fibre but I dont get to use it. This place is a **** and everyone should avoid this ISP I will never recommend them to anyone. Go get fibre from vodacom or afrihost, you will probably pay a bit more but atleast you wont have to wait a ****ing month to get internet
