USELESS SERVICE

Most disgusting and poor service. We have been without Wi-Fi since Saturday evening up until now, I waited forever and still no answer from their so called quick WhatsApp group, it has been an hour and a half now I have been waiting for someone to assist me. Then tried my luck at sales which, well with no surprise, no answer there either. When my partner eventually got hold of someone they said the turn around time is still reasonable and we must be patient, they will fix it ASAP, it is the next day and still no communication from them. This was also after he tried to get hold of them the whole day and spoke to them eventually 19h30 at night and well still nothing. PLEASE DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO APPLY, they are quick to take you as a customer and your money but when it comes to solving issues they are NON-EXISTANT!!
