Useless service

My account was suspended without warning (my card was cancelled and my card details were not updated). I've been trying since yesterday to make a payment. I've followed the instructions but the website will not allow me to make the payment 9even though is says click on link to make payment). Been trying to get hold of someone on whatsapp since yesterday go hold of someone this morning transferred me to someone else who transferred me again and have been trying ever since to get hold of someone. The service is pathetic and no existent and you can't get hold of anyone.
