USELESS SERVICE!!!!!

Absolutely USELESS!!!

I ordered a fibre package in June and have now waited 5 months for them to sort out the installation. While I am writing this I am still waiting for them to activate my line after endless problems with getting them to come and install using the most useless WhatsApp chat as their only form of communication.

On top of that they have debited just over R2000 from my account while I have countless times tried to tell them I haven’t had the service installed yet and that it’s not active!!! Actual ******* I tell you.

It is beyond frustrating to try to get things sorted PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANY SERVICE FROM THEM I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT
