Useless service!

I've been having issues with my wifi for the past 3-4 weeks. Tickets *** ; *** ; *** After another email asking Webafrica to now cancel our services,We then received a reply!!! With instructions on what to do with the router! I do not want instructions, I want to CANCEL! Paying 879 to a 10mb line! And getting no damn internet, and getting no help! You guys charge a arm and a leg but do not help! Please CANCEL my wifi... CANCEL
