Useless online chat box and almost impossible to contact. Their website online chat repeatedly transferred me to Mweb agent. Wasted over a hour trying to get them to transfer me to webafrica accounts agent. They need to get their own online Chat setup to handle Webafrica customers. For the past 5 years webafrica fibre has been perfect but when I try to upgrade their service lets them down. Come on guys if you want to exist get your act together.
