Useless ISP

This company's service is ridiculous. I have been trying to get through for help for days and cannot get to speak to a human. Their sales number gets answered with seconds however all other departments you are on hold for an hour with no luck. They have a whatsapp number to use but all I get is automated responses with promises that an agent will live chat but that never happens. I am extremely frustrated and do not know how to make contact.
