Useless ISP

What a load of *******!!!! Over 10 days that we have problems with our download speeds! They cant resolve it, and if you ask to speak with a manager, they log it and promise one will call you within 24hrs... which doesnt happen!!!! 3 days later.... Im fed up... Call me Webafrica... please..... I cancel my subscription immediately... contract or not!!!!!!
