Useless ISP

I have been attempting to get a response wrt my installation, no one was able to confirm when it will be done. I've then requested to have my order cancelled and line released since 25.07.2022. And guess what?? You *********** &&&&&&@@@@@$$$$ cannot do such a simple thing. Your call centre and your chat services are useless!! I need this resolved TODAY
