Useless internet supplier!! Web Africa!!

What a disgrace of a internet service provider!! You deal with a bunch of people over WhatsApp No proper support! We have had No internet for more than a week and been having issues with our internet for more than 3 months!! But dare a mis a payment they cut you off instantly!!

You log a call with them, they then expect you to play technician and fix the problem from your side.. If you can't well then you don't have internet!!

We have been waiting a week for a manager to call us, Up until NOW NO Call, Seems like they don't have one..

I won't suggest them to anyone ever, As a matter of fact I would tell anyone and everyone I know to stay as far away from them as possible! They are useless!! Worst decision ever made!! 10 tickets later and still no internet.. But the debit order goes off...
