Useless Internet service

If I could take away stars frim thier rating I definitely would... Terrible service from a useless *********** whatsapp line.. The agent has ignored my request for a contact number of support as I have had terrible internet issues. I have complained on the whatsapp line to multiple agents. I am resetting my router and unplugging plugs 4-5 times a day as my internet goes down every 2-3 hours. Utterly pathetic. I cant do this anymore. I am going to change providers but to the public. STAY FAR AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA
