Useless Garbage WhatsApp Helpdesk

The WhatsApp helpdesk is absolutely useless. I can't even get through to an agent. I want to cancel my service but every time I say I want to chat to an agent; the chat gets automatically ended after 7 min. I just want to end my contract with this absolutely useless ISP.
