Useless.

NEVER sign up with this excuse of a company. They are useless. We have been with them for the last three years and have had problem after problem. You literally cannot get a hold of anyone to help. Their customer service “bots” are incapable of helping you. It’s pathetic. So we wanted to leave them and then some “retention specialist” got in touch with us to apologize profusely and offer us a better deal. So we have moved house now and instead of getting the better deal we now have two Fibre lines active and they have debited both off my account. So useless it’s a joke. They just can’t get it right.
