Useless embarrassment of a thing called customer service

Clearly you have no sense of a customers time, your agents are clueless as to what they're doing and the purpose of their job, they clearly couldn't give a f*** as I have spoken to 4 agents giving me the run around.

There are literally thousands of people looking for work who can do this job effortlessly, I can't understand how you got the cream of the crop of bad apples and how I managed to speak to all of them wasting 1h30mins of my time.

I simply had 1 question which is "what are the steps to get a line released" but apparently you need an account to be open to answer that question, ***!?
