Useless!

Pathetic service! I've moved houses and just need my line to be activated. Since last week Wednesday I've been waiting for this issue to resolved. Was told to use their whatsapp line but it takes like 4 hours to connect to an agent.! There is no manager! I've requested a manager to give me a call back 3 days ago and received non! You are only able to speak to a sales agent telephonically! Lady says that she does not know who the provisional manager because she is new so I asked, can't your sales manager ask the provisional manager to give me a call? call goes quiet and can't even respond to me. They are quick to run their debit order but unable to provide a service! Don't use them as your service provider!!!
