USELESS

Week 2 of month 2 and still my internet hasnt been moved! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!! Battling for a month now just to move my service to a new address. Sick of no one following up, nothing happening and REPEATING MYSELF everytime I follow up. Useless agents technical staff and management. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable!

Hi Nicole,
We hear how frustrating this has been for you, especially being stuck for two weeks into month two without your service being moved, and having to repeat yourself every time you follow up. That kind of back-and-forth without progress is not the experience you should be having. An escalation has now been submitted to the network provider to prioritise the migration of your service to the new address. This has been flagged for urgent attention due to the extended delay and lack of progress so far.The network provider will investigate and action the move request, and we’ll follow up on your behalf to push for updates and completion. We’ll continue tracking this until the migration is finalised. We also acknowledge your concerns about the lack of follow-up and repeated explanations. That has been noted and included in the escalation so it’s visible that the process breakdown has had a direct impact on your experience. We’ll continue to drive this until there is movement and keep you updated as soon as feedback is received.Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew

Hi Nicole,We understand why you feel that way. After the delays you've experienced and the number of times you've had to follow up, it's understandable that another update without a resolution would be disappointing. At this stage, the migration request remains with the network provider, and we are continuing to engage them for progress on the move order. We recognise that what matters most is seeing the service moved and activated, not receiving further assurances. As soon as there is a confirmed update on the order, we will share it with you.Warm regards,
 The Webafrica Crew.

Hi Nicole,
We hear your frustration, especially with no call or follow-up received despite the fault being marked as closed. That’s understandably not the level of communication you should be experiencing. We can confirm that an escalation has now been raised to have your case urgently reviewed and corrected where necessary. The team will be rechecking the fault status and the lack of contact to ensure this is properly addressed and actioned. We appreciate your patience while this is being worked on, and we’ll ensure the matter is followed through to resolution.Warm regards,
