Useless

I wish I can give 0 stars!!!! For the last 3 months, we have been paying double monies to Webafrica; every month, they deduct on the 1st, and by the 5th of the month, they say no payment was made; you can send them bank statements and everything, then they still claim no payment has been made. Again today on our account it states we have not paid, but I have proof of payment and sms from our bank where the money was taken off , now we are trying to get in touch with them and low and behold the chat is not working!! You cannot phone them and need to work over WA which takes ages. We have been with them since 2021 never had issues until now. I AM GATVOL OF THIS!!!
