Useless!

Useless!!! In fact beyond useless. We have tried for the whole of June to get some response from them. No one answers emails or some stock standard promise to reply or elevate our concern. Hold on for hours - literally HOURS!! No one calls you back. We will definitely be cancelling our contract with them ASAP.
