Useless

Worse service ever. I waited for over three weeks for installation. After three weeks they tell me Octotel told them civil works needs to be they didnt even notify me about it. Now I already paid R249 delivery fee for a router I cant use and they refuse to refund the delivery fee. Why did they send the router in the first place if installation cant occur. Refund my delivery fee useless company.
