Useless customer support service

Useless service. Internet has been down for 12 hours and still waiting for any kind of feedback. I have to wait 72 hours for something to happen with the call I logged. But if you miss a payment by 24 hours you are disconnected. Webafricas ****en support staff need to be replaced cause they don't have a clue on what is going on. Just today there were over 30 network issues reported on the site. What the **** is going on with your service delivery to clients.
