Useless customer support

Useless ISP. Going to recommend all my users move to an alternative ISP. Move house, need my line activated and nothing was done. If you phone, it takes 30 minutes for someone to assist and whatsapp they take almost a day for someone to pick up the message. Clearly shows all they are concerned about is the money and not the satisfaction of clients. All they do is blame Covdi for there useless support.
