Useless Customer Service on Whatsapp!!

ZERO customer service!! Be smart, use a company where you can speak to a human being! You can ONLY deal with them via WhatsApp! It's INSANE!! I have spent 3 days and 2 hours per day typing little messages back and forth!!! My internet was suspended because they failed to deduct a payment so I tried to load a new card. Their system wouldn't allow the first 2 cards! Eventually I had to load a Cr card! Their system doesn't allow you to make a direct payment! How antiquated and ridiculous! So it's been 3 days, hours and hours talking to different people in WhatsApp and STILL NO INTERNET!!! I can buy groceries on line and pay for them quicker than they can deduct a payment! So they won't allow you to pay them! You have to load your card details and THEY will TAKE the payment!! How ridiculous!!!! I'm canceling and moving to a company that has humans you can talk to!! The amount of negative comments on here don't lie!!!
