Useless customer service

Useless with no help. Chat on whats app for 9 moths without fixing the problem. And every month charge you extra for their debit order not going of after a debicheck was done. They steel from my child every month. And if you call they drop the call because you are not a new user. Call us to sort this out!!! Because the agents always say some one wil call but they NEVER do.
