Useless customer service

The customer service is not professional,I've been with the company for a while now but problems started when I wanted them to deduct from the account that had funds.I contacted their watsap line and their ISP agent said I need to update the desired card on their portal but hey I have been doing that for the past 3 days and my account was disconnected as it was due, "Willie the Bolt" took forever to connect me and they kept on deducting on the old account, Was told I need to update the card and I did and even added the account number and to my surprise no one bothered to help to update the right card or account number I'm so dissaponted
