useless compony

I STARTED TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WEBAFRICA FEW YEARS AGO WHEN i did not pay them and they disconnected their services,I communicated with thei agent asking for the reference so i can pay and was given,I paid and no services .I was then told that I paid not a wrong reference eversince then I never received my money.

I decided to give them a second chance and same happened.I ask for a reference and was given,I paid and was told that the refence is not correct and I will be refunded my money.it have been 3 weeks and everytime I am told that my information is not added so I can not be paid
