Useless company

They terminated my fiber on 01 November 2021 and no service have been provided since then, yet they refuse to release the line before 30 November 2021. Is this the way this company operates and they are still getting customers, anybody that has any business dealings with them must be out of their mind. I have never worked with or had services provided by a more useless company. Being the ***ards they are, not body will respond to the review, they are even to useless to do that.
