Useless *********** company and watsapp agents at webafrica
Webafrica is a pathetic useless organisation. We cannot get proper support from them or vumatel. They have debited my account and yet no service for the past two weeks. They have *********** staff /agents working behind the watsapp that are of no help. Vumatel states they cannot reconnect unless Webafrica gives them a new order request. We have been logging a request for the past 14 days and no response . We have escalated and yet the manager as well totally ignores us. They practically stole our money and didn’t provide the service!
